I tore down some Yes on 8 signs someone had put up in front of our building last night. I normally think that sign vandalism is a pretty lousy way to make a political statement, but I refused to work in a building with Yes on 8 signs outside. I couldn't have been madder if I'd shown up to a burning cross on our doorstep. Hate speech is hate speech, even when the signs are bright yellow.

Just got back from the polling place. Didn't have to wait in line, which surprised me and kinda disappointed me. I wanted to wait in line and really soak things in. Oh well. The place will be packed later today (I voted around 12:20pm)

I have my "I Voted" sticker on, and while walking to the library three people (black dude, Hispanic dude, and an older white lady) gave me daps  :lol

I talked to a woman I worked with today.  According to her, despite a 17 point Obama lead, Iowa is still in play.

What everyone has been overlooking is the fact that dogs don't like black people- just look at the Michael Vick saga.  I expect the hitherto unpolled canine vote to break for McCain by about 9-1, giving him an easy win.

It is clearly a great civil injustice that dogs are not allowed to vote. Think of all the dogs in history. Are you telling me that you are more important than snoopy, old yeller or benji!!! 

Seriously vote no on prop 12. Let all dogs be heard.
