Probably not for a while yet anyway. I see a decent supply of them at the local Target stores every now and then, but I work in a mall so I'm kind of around stores a bit more than the average person I suppose.

Unless Wii Christmas Madness '08 has struck in the last week, I see them fairly regularly in the Seattle area. Fred Meyer in particular always has a few in stock.

I see them relatively frequently, too, here on the eastside.  I couldn't tell you where to get one with 100% accuracy, but they are around often enough at either my local Gameplop, Best Buy, or Fry's.

I saw 8 of them at Best Buy yesterday.  I was tempted to buy for the purposes of eBay/Craigslist resale, but I'm thinking it might not be worth the hassle.

Best Buy is having an exclusive "Reward Zone-Only" shopping party on Sunday evening after the store is closed.  Minimum 30 Wii systems per store.

I was at Wal-mart the other day for a Halloween costume, and I saw a Wii (like 4 Wiis, actually) and one Wii Fit in the games section. I bought both, and will be putting them up on eBay the day after Black Friday.

No problems around here.  All of the stores are stocked with both Wii systems and stuff like Wii Fit.  It's amazing that the system has remained difficult to find in some areas two years after release, though.
