Ok, for some reason kids think that the spaghetti and meatballs of Chefboyardee is good.  It's vile.  I knew this as a child.  Now, spaghetti-Os are pretty good, but they are really sweet for an adult.  The ravioli are all very good, with my personal favorite being the mini-ravioli and meatballs.  But, regular ravioli and large ravioli are both good as well.  The only other flavor worth the price of admission is beefaroni.

Buy chefboyardee for cheap and easy ravioli.

Learn to boil water to cook spaghetti and mac and cheese.

Last time I had it was years ago when I went on a trip with some friends and I bought one of those single pouch cans thinking that it would be as tasty as it was in my memories.  It was really bad.  It tasted like if you mixed K-mart brand catsup with tomato paste, dropped in some noodles and beef/cardboard mixture, then microwaved it for about 15 minutes.  I probably wouldn't like those sugar bomb drinks that cost 3 cents anymore either.  I wonder how I feel about those mickey mouse ice cream bars these days.

Chef Boyardee is canned dogshit, I agree, but Hamburger Helper can be pretty damn awesome.  Infact we had the cheeseburger mac a couple of weeks ago, not out of budget contraints or anything but because we honestly like the stuff.




And for ramen, Shin Ramen is the way to go.  If you like spicy food, try this if you haven't already.  Those Koreans know what's up.

Maru-chan ramens (the cup variety) taste like some chinese immigrant breaking into your house, grabbing your warm, steamy cup of noodles, and dipping his drippy cock into it for flavor. The Jalapeno Cheese variety is exceedingly awesome though, as well as their Yakisoba.
