The only movie I saw this year was POTC 2 (just remembered) and it sucked shit. Best is probably Miami Vice.

Taking my bias' into account, Id swap #1 and #2, for my lifelong Bond love, and for becoming my new favorite in the series. Special mention to Pirates 2 for not being a great movie but being great entertainment.

The Departed is unquestionably a better film. But Bond was arguably better entertainment. But since the list is for the former, The Departed is #1.

Casino Royale doesn't even strike me as a film I'd like to own on DVD. I don't know what it is, but it was like a slower-paced BB for the Bond character, with more cheese and little to no true enjoyment (imo).

I really don't get all the Casino Royale love. IMO, its just a notch or two above other action films in this day in age -- hell, its hardly even better than M:I 3 in my book. $:-\$

Last night turned into a Casino Royale bashfest with my friends for a little while. We were playing Guitar Hero II, and I don't know how the topic came up, but a bunch of my friends started saying how gay the new Bond movie was.

Three pieces of evidence were stated:

1) "What the fuck was with that man-ass cleavage? I hope the next Bond movie doesn't have that crap. How gay was that?"

2) "Usually when you see a person coming out of water like that, it's some hot chick, not a fucking guy. You could see his junk."

3) "Bond didn't even have sex with that smoking hot chick in the beginning. Once that old money bags bitch called he was out. Fuck king and country. What a cigarillo."
