WTF

I was driving, upset my favorite sports stations were carrying hockey (

) when I stumbled across a station playing Christmas music. I like Christmas music...but not in fucking early November. Halloween just ended, Thanksgiving is almost here. There's no reason - there's no fucking reason - for anyone to be playing Jingle Bells right now

They play the same 50 songs or so songs OVER AND OVER again. And every Thanksgiving dinner my mom decides to turn that station on so we can listen to Noel while eating turkey wtf.

Some Christmas songs are pure magic, and that power is best confined to Christmas week. I don't want to hear a note of Nat King Cole singing about chestnuts in November, leaves all on the ground instead of snow. It ruins the magic. I stopped caring about gifts n stuff a long time ago but the MAGIC of family is always nice, it's a shame some radio stations are trying to ruin it

My parents always worked on Thanksgiving so there was never a real Thanksgiving meal.

Never watched the parade either.

Christmas songs are always annoying because you hear a dozen versions of the same song. I think the worst ones I've heard on the radio were the Destiny's Child covers.

The worst thing about the Thanksgiving parade is Santa Claus. I took my little cousin to one and all she cared about was Santa

smh. The kids don't care about it being a Thanksgiving parade. They're already scheming on Claus

i went to the parade when i was young but don't remember it at all.

Ecro and I were at Kohl's in like the beginning/middle of October, and they were playing Christmas music and had Christmas decorations up. We were like WTF IT ISN'T EVEN HALLOWEEN YET.

Why SMH though? I mean, even though it's early and I know that's weird, I love the Christmas season. If they would like to cancel Halloween and move up Christmas (or perhaps have it twice), that'd be nice.

Christmas is great because I get to spend time with my family but Halloween is the best holiday ever. Plus, it's not like Muslims don't believe Jesus existed or that he was born a virgin birth, so in reality, it's quite common for Muslims to allow Christmas.
