the demo was nice, fighting system is better now and the camera isn't terrible like ultimate ninja storm.

Broken Bond having much less aliasing is a plus, and uh, that's about it.  I didn't like the first one and the demo for Broken Bond doesn't seem to fix what was wrong with the first one.  At least the camera isn't as terrible as the first game, still not good, just not evoking flashbacks of the n64.  Then again there are a number of people that did like the first game, so I'm probably in the minority with thinking it's bad.

I never tried the first one, but the demo was #2 wasn't very fun.  Good gfx, but the combat was boring as hell.  I'd easily take the button-mashing of the CyberConnect2 games over it.  Plus the PS3 one animates like a dream.

I think the graphics in both Rise of a Ninja and Broken Bond looks weird to me.  Nothing seems to mesh together, but each individual part looks nice.  It's so inconsistent yet good looking at the same time.  UNS still looks better than BB despite the aliasing, it's just such a shame that it has the problem.

Actually, in general more PS3 games seem to have aliasing problems.  It's mainly with Japanese games.  Vakyria also would look pretty nice if it didn't have bad aliasing going on.

Maybe the GS reviewers just don't believe in the game as art crap, unlike so many of the gaming forum fegs?

Games should just be graded on how fun they are.  I really don't give a damn about a game's artsy-fartsy high concepts if it ain't fun to play.
