The concept seems a bit... random. I gather the fact it's an ARPG, but is it just arena battles against massive colossi (aka SOTC ripoff that shouldn't be on the DS if that's the case)? Or perhaps it's a sidescrolling ARPG like Tales?

There's no developer info in the scan.  As for the game concept and genre, it just says 4-player RPG.
