Yeah, where's Guitar Hero?  It came out the 26th.  Did it really flopza?

Only real reason I can think of is that there are 12 total SKUs (4 consoles x 3 bundles). Maybe it did much better than expected but none of the individual numbers came up in the top 10. (Reposted this because GAF moves much to fast to have a real conversation without all the gifs and emoticons)

The type of people that are buying this thing is crazy.  I've got a couple people that I work with that are close to retirement and haven't played a videogame since, well, ever and have gone out and bought Wiis.  I keep trying to talk people out of it but they evidently need their dose of Wii tennis.

I gotta give kudos to Nintendo, they at least deserve it. I don't know what the hell people are playing on that shit but whatever. A friend of mine bought because everyone was buying it, the guy must be buying shovel ware by now too.

You can't really bash the LBP numbers to be honest. It still won't be a mega success but 200k in a week's time is pretty damn good, especially for a game in a genre that barely anyone cares about anymore on a $400 system.

You also have to remember the fumbled launch and the lack of advertising until recently. It did 200k on it's own merits. It'll sell over 400k in the USA when it's all said and done.
