Chapter 5 Valkyria Chronicles. Vyse and Aika rule- Vyse took a base alone and Aika took out both anti-tank placements, but that mission was won by the tank and the lesbian engineer. Engineer = Rules #1 - I actually keep them a level above everyone else.

It's an SRPG with some realtime elements...namely taking cover, aiming, and firing. The demo was really fun I thought. I'm gonna pick it up a bit down the road.
