Werehog gets better as you level up your skills and get more moves. I'm finding myself enjoying those sections a lot more than I previously have.

That actually looks really good, but the problem is it's 2 minutes long. The levels look great when you get them down, but there are definitely a number of areas in that video where a glitch could just send the controller flying-- like if the homing attack didn't work for some reason (which it does in every sonic game randomly).

The sonic-running stuff is enjoyable. No question.

Just finished Chun-Nan. Game is awesome.

All the second acts of the daytime stages are 2.5D all the way through.

from what I can tell it's because there are less Sonic stages and those stages are more like Sonic Rush in that you just run in a straight line without worrying about, you know, controlling it

true, but that doesn't explain why the Werehog levels actually seem somewhat better on the Wii. I guess it's a choice between having highs to match the lows or having an entirely low experience that hovers slightly above the lows of the 360 verison.

OK, I'm in the first werehog stage after I find out the professor is missing. I just cleared a room of enemies, and spun two levers around to make two platforms rise up. I go up there, swing on a pole, then swing on an enemy to get up to a nighttime medal.

Now what the fuck do I do?

I slide off of any of the other upper surfaces, I can't grab the ledge of the green area right above the ledges, putting the crates on the wooden planks does not cause them to fall through. What the fuck is this shit man, I don't even mind the Werehog combat but what are these slow ass 'puzzles.' And the pause screen doesn't seem to tell you the name of the level you're in so if I want to look for help I guess I have to restart.

Sonic 06's final boss is way better (and final music), but overall Unleashed is the best 3D sonic since Adventure (1/2)
