Bluetooth mouse problems - can someone help me?

I have a MS Bluetooth 5000 notebook mouse

i synced it to my desktop to try it out, then uninstalled it

now i can't get it to work on my notebook anymore when i try to resync

it keeps telling me driver has failed to install

what can i do at this point

MS, the company that makes shit that can't even run on their own software without 800 conflicts

nevermind, had to go into the device manager and manually remove a bunch of shit even though i uninstalled it

works now
