For example, I have the Call of Duty: World at War "Day 1 Tactical Edge" downloaded to my 360. I used a code from GameStop to get it. But, since the marketplace is available to everyone, everyone can download it!

I just tried it with the Gold Lancer and it let me download it, it also let me access Banjo-Kazooie XBLA and give me the option to BUY it before its actually released (bet you thought you could pirate that shit)

Some items may show up as requiring 99999 MS Points for some reason - no idea why

Spencer do you want the Hal chest? If so I know of a way (if it still works) that could get you it.

Steps:
Change region and language to french/canada
Create XBL silver account with that region
Go and download the language pack for Fable 2 on XBL marketplace (its a 900+mb dl)
Start the game over and it should be in the hero's chamber (first dungeon, behind the glowing light)

It might still work, I don't know if they patched it or not.

flame war erupted at xbox.com forum after i posted the gold lancer and theme links there. A guy called "Elite Animosity" is going on a tirade and has reported my topic asking for a ban because he paid $10 for his golden lancer and we got it for free
