Not a Falcon. It lasted about a year, which is more than I could say about my first 360 (one month).

Both were Elites.

If it's the 3 rings, why aren't you sending it in for repairs? And 2 dead systems is practically virgin territory this gen. When mine die I send them back and abuse Target's 30 day return policy.

Heh, it just happened to me for a second time too yesterday. Fortunately I got other systems and a PC to fall back on. Maybe I'll get lucky and get an HDMI compatible replacement this time.

Everything is falcon right now...not sure if any Jaspers are out yet. You won't have problems with falcons though...while running an installed game, the system barely warms up.

Wow. This 360 is so much quieter than my old one even without installs. And the power button is also different for some reason (it's mushy as opposed to clicking).

Actually, Mrs C told me that selling all the US games i have and getting the ones that didn't suck on Asian import seeing as i have two functioning Japanese machines.
