I logged onto paypal to print a packing slip and my whole page was in chinese. I was freaked so I reset my browsing history and went back to paypal which was in english. Then when I logged in my whole account page was in chinese. WTF is going on.

yep if your paypal language got changed that's supposed to be one of the biggest tipoffs. i knew someone who got their account stolen, their paypal was set to russian language when they logged in.

Oh shit. Ok, I just took the following precautions.

-My bank accoutn is no longer linked to my paypal account
-I changed my paypal passwords and my security questions
-I changed my email that was linked to my account and I changed the password for the old email address.

Is this enough?

Yeah, I recently sold a game on ebay and it is really pissing me off. I'm debating on weather I want to get rid of paypal or not. I use it outside of ebay.

There's really no benefit to using Paypal, but now they have made that the only acceptable way to charge/pay on Ebay, at least for sellers without existing credit card solutions.
