This is terrible. My mouth is all swollen and my tongue is like twice its normal side and it hurts to move it. The right side of my head, around the cheeks, is very visibly swollen and very sore to the touch. The underside of my jaw is extremely sore. It hurts a lot just to open my mouth. The back of my throat is also very sore, and it's incredibly painful to swallow, so I've been limiting myself to water. This was all bad yesterday but it's even worse today. I'm hoping my dentist can see me tomorrow to tell me what the fuck is going on.

I wish I was dead! It's a good thing I don't own a gun right about now.

My WHOLE FUCKING HEAD IS SWOLLEN. When I talk I sound like Mush Mouth because my tongue is fucking huge. I went to bed at about 2pm yesterday and did not wake up until 3pm today. This is worse pain than when I needed that root canal. This is atomic and the drugs aren't fucking working,.

hey i know someone who had her fucking jaw smashed and reformed and couldn't eat solid foods for months and couldn't even feel her lips for over a year and you know how many times she cried about it on the internet zero times that's right

You'll be in for more pain that TVC is in if you keep Wisdom teeth in that NEED to go. You'll be in a pain up to the point where you give in to get them pulled, and you'll be in worse pain as they attempt to get them out of the bad spot you've let them get into.

If your wisdom teeth are coming in straight I wouldnt worry bout it.

Then they get impacted and nerves get wrapped around them. so instead of a somewhat annoying extraction, they cut through nerves and shit.

Ah dude I hope its not infected. Get in to the dentist asap you dont want the infection to get into the jaw bone. It can happen really easily.

it's infected dude. have them prescribe you some penicillin. i had the exact same thing happen to me after i got a root canal. =\ penicillin saved my fuckin' life. i was literally in tears w/ the pain.

I'm a lot better today. It had seemed like things were getting worse every day until last night. Most of the swelling has gone down. I'm still a bit swollen on my right cheek and under the chin, and the half of my tongue on the right side of my mouth (which is where the tooth was) is still a bit swollen and very raw. It's still painful to swallow anything that isn't soup, but if there's as much recovery tonight as there was last night, I should be able to get solids down tomorrow. I'm still sleeping an awful fucking lot. I was out for almost 16 hours last night into today,a t which point I woke up, peed, and went back to sleep for a few more hours.

I'm going to try to see my dentist tomorrow. I wanted to today, but I slept through his hours.

I forgot to tell you some fucking useful advice:

Put ice on the swollen areas. I've had jaw surgeries before and that swelling does go down a lot faster with ice. Also, go drink some healthy shakes high in protein and calories or you'll lose 10 pounds in a week like I did.

My Wisdom Teeth did not come in perfectly straight but just barely straight enough where I wasn't forced to get them removed. Every dentist I go to try to convince me to get them out still but I refuse.
