lure the chainsaw dude towards the barrels, blow them up when he gets near them, shoot him in the head as he's stunned, repeat until his death.

Yeah co-op is really where the game comes into its own. Suits it far better than the likes of Gears of War, which is fun but not really that much better or different than it is single player.

I actually almost feel like buying a calendar and marking off the days.

For the Chainsaw dude, just do circles around the house. For the Executioner, run outside the hole he makes in the house and into that giant area, lots of more leg room. Sheva usually follows behind if you run, so you dont need to concern if she just stands there acting distinguished mentally-challenged.

Finally beat him! I want to play this co-op tonight... I'm tired of having a stupid-ass AI partner. Needless to say, I'm counting down the days for the release date, this is going to be fucking awesome.

The only problem with co-op is that for some reason you cant swap weapons with each other. You could do this with the single player, but co-op was denied.

Apparently they just took it one step further - you cant even connect to Live if you try to play the demo from the US, and can even delete/corrupt your demo right off your HDD

yeah really. last i read it just disconnected you from live while trying to play the demo. well i just tried to play it now and it didn't even load up. so i go to my memory section and it said the demo was corrupted.

god msft are such douchebags.

oh well, i had my fun with it.

Why don't you just play it online if you hate co-op so much? Although I do agree that it'd be nice to have the option to not have any co-op basis at all. I was a huge fan of the mostly solitary experience of RE4.
