The manager is a cool guy, the rest are social rejects.  One dude has let this untrimmed beard eat his entire face.  It's crazy out of control.  There's no rhyme or reason to it.  He honestly scares me.

It's odd because on the video side we have genuinely socially adjusted folks - all of whom have significant others except one who the guys on the game side drool over.  Two of my employees have kids even.
