Hey Malek what do you think about the Love album from the Beatles?
I've listened to the album about half a dozen times already and love it. Really though my favorite tracks are simply the ones that have been remastered and have had little to no alterations. Songs like
I Am the Walrus,
Something,
Help,
Revolution, and
A Day in the Life have never sounded better. This makes me wish that they would simply remaster the entire Beatles library already.
The mash ups aren't that bad and I'm not one of these Beatles fans that gets offended by them. The
Within You Without You/Tomorrow Never Knows mash up is really good and the two songs seem to fit together.
Strawberry Fields had the potential to be great, if they simply mashed up or transitioned different versions of the song together. The first three minutes are great, but then they mash up all these other songs and it is really needless. If they simply started from the demo and worked up to the version with the extended drum solo that would have been awesome.
