I got a hamburger with a bunch of delicious shit on it and fries that I couldn't eat because I am weak and anemic.  And I am going to SHOPPERS, grocery store for poors and people too lazy to sign up for membership cards at superior groceries.  Actually, the one in Germantown was recently renovated and sucks a bit less now.  Thankfully, is still for the chronically lazy, though.

Got this yesterday.  (the one on the left)

25.5 inches, full 1080p, HDMI, VGA, DVI, and component inputs...loving it except I have one slightly annoying dead pixel towards the center of the screen. 

Also picked up Tropic Thunder and Batman Begins Blu-Rays, TDK is on the way.  Now that I am living back with my folks, I can take advantage of my dad's Amazon hard-on and get everything off there without paying for the shipping.

So far, so good.  It's only been a week though.  We are just about done getting stuff set up and she's got her social security and green cards on the way.  She is adjusting here surprisingly well and doesn't seem to be homesick, but that will probably hit later on.  We got her an iPhone so she can do everything in Japanese and she's been mailing her friends back in Japan like crazy, plus her folks seemed to have figured out how to use Skype.
