The pay's not super fantastic, but for a guy still in college, it definitely pays the bills rather well. 40 hour weeks plus plenty of opportunity for overtime. We don't work on games that Gaffers or EBers would be jizzing over -in fact it's quite the opposite

- but it actually has its benefits since the games are very easy to test for long periods of time. Plus, everything was extremely laid back, and you could almost set your own hours pretty much.
As far as upward mobility, this place is actually seemingly great for that too. (buncha people got promoted from testing to higher level stuff within a year).
