to my understanding, yes. heroin is out, coke is back in.

Heh, I was at the dentist's office and was just reading an article in US News on how heroin is gaining traction in northeastern suburbia again...

the idea of a firm grip seems fairly straightforward, unlike the ideals of being confident etc. which are tricky because I still have a hard time distinguishing between confidence and jackassery
