Barely. It's buggier than shit right now. I transferred my old registration, but haven't got any tokens yet.

You dont get any tokens initially. How it works is, you register the game, then you take a gay survey which then gives you the coins. So any games that ARE qualified, you have to take the survey.

Oh yeah, took the surveys. Still borked here. 0 tokens :'(. Apparently a pretty common problem, waiting a few days to see if it gets fixed. I really only want that Game & Watch cart, otherwise I'd not be bothered.
