I heard about him in an Ice T song, apparently he plays guitar BUTT NAKED in Times Square. Its where I got my tag from. My friend says hes real but I dont believe him. Surely its indecent exposure or something?

I've seen him. Some of the people that I was with even got their picture taken with him.
