How do I dig out car

I don't have a shovel.  It's so cold outside and the snow is cold.  It is 25% which isn't all that cold but jinfash would probably poop his bald pants.  I DONT HAVE A SHOVEL

Wow, so far Arvie has provided the best solution.  Toxic Adam gets points but as there is no water source near my car, it wouldn't work for me, right now.

Ice is not wanted!  I don't have an ice scraper.

And this isn't just about liquor, frag.  It's also about, uhm, the things I need to mix the liquor with.  And DVDs.

Buy some kosher salt at the store. I put it out last night on the sidewalk around my house and it melted the snow and ice away almost instantaneously.

As usuL, everything would be okay on the road if not for women. In just a few minutes on the road I have seen two examples of deadly woman stupidity, in both cases they were driving vehicles that would have been considered tanks in WWII. Dear women: if you fuckin want to drive those shitty shitty things, at least know how to use them in one of the few conditions where they are generally beneficial.

In the first instance, some whore tried to rip a turn pretty quickly in an intrsection and fucking lost control. I am sure all men there had a good laugh

In the second, some colosally stupid woman tried to fucking PASS someone in all this fucking snow. The person she was trying to pass stopped, as I would have done in the face of such reckless stupidity. Hopefully those women have already been circumsized. Sometimes genital mutilation is justifiable.

I'm telling you, Islam gets at least some things right

I see people throwing sheets over the hood/windshield of their car in anticipation of the next storm.  Is that a good idea, or could it somehow bite me in the ass?  I mean, it would be presto great to rip off the sheet quick and have the snow off of my fucking car, but what if there is some rain and ice action going on that causes the sheet to freeze?  I can see disaster not being very far off from that point.

They do make car shields for ice and rain I use one for our car lately cause of the extreme frost. Keeps the car toasty warm inside too. Its like a car blanket but it repels all kind of wet weather.

How are you holding up tonight? Did you buy enough for the weekend to last through the storm?

These pictures were taken by Lake Geneva during the winter of 2005 when the spray of the lake water combined with 100 kilometer per hour winds and subzero temperatures literally froze the lake front solid.  According to some reports, boats sank from the weight of the ice and water pipelines on land broke flooding... and eventually freezing entire streets.

TVC, if you live where it's cold enough to snow, how do you not have an ice scraper, shovel, or gloves?

In a pinch, rocking your car back and forth will get it out of its parking spot. Drive, reverse, drive, reverse, rinse and repeat. Make sure your tailpipe is cleared of any snow so carbon monoxide doesn't back up into your car though.

It usually doesn't snow here.  It snows like once or twice a year and it's usually nothing.  My landlord says this is the worst he's seen since the 70s.

It's not usually below freezing here, either.  This is my first year with a car though, so I haven't paid quite so much attention as to whether or not I need an ice scraper.

Funnily enough, my sister, two days ago, gunned her new $16,000 Ford truck up a hill to avoid a guy going down hill (she looked one way and not the other). When she gunned it, the car fished tailed and she hit a parked car 30ft away from her. Scrapped the whole side of the truck but demolished the poor guys car that she hit. Trucks are fucking scary.

About being stuck. Don't spin your tires, you'll create a sheet of ice from the melted snow right under said tires. Also, it could fuck up your cheeseburger (mechanical, non sexual)

I find social interaction intensely exhausting, mentally.  Why not cut out the middle man and crack the Wii games in half and use them as scrapers?  If I'm going to either give them to ratbag ass children or use them as scrapers, the transaction costs the same amount, physically, so why not go with the scenario where I don't have to deal with scumbags?

I'd just walk to the liquor store--it's like a mile away--but it manages to be on a particularly hilly route, and I'm not dealing with that today.

I burned through my Friday purchases fast because my tooth that needs a root canal has gone atomic, and alcohol is a wonderful painkiller.  Probably healthier than the megadoses of ibuprofen it would take to calm it down, too.
