I actually wrote a Best Buy bigwig about an order gone bad, and hadn't received my $50 card either. After he forwarded my email to a high-level customer retention exec I not only had my money refunded in my account within 24 hours, they also AIRMAILED 2 day delivered the $50 gift card lol.
