Why do most employers require people to work this time of year?
« on: December 23, 2008, 02:29:58 PM »
I mean, seriously. >:(

No one is doing crap or wants to do crap.  Everyone is messing around on the internet.  I mean, why?  But we still have to come to work.

Next week is going to be worst.

Its all but dead but I still have deadlines to make even though I wont be working here much longer. Holiday working sucks, but at least its better than retail work.

Be thankful you even have the opportunity to work these days.

That said, I don't go back to work after today until after New Years.

I definitely am.  This weather has made me moody.  I just have no motivation in winter time.

I had to leave at 6 AM this morning to drive to a client for an inventory count.  I also have to leave Sunday afternoon to drive to Alabama for another inventory count on the 29th.  HAPPY HOLIDAYS! :maf

Pfft. I actually wish I COULD work over the holidays, since there's no point in me staying at home since I don't have any family here.

I took the laptop home with me, now I work when I feel like it.
Send some e-mails in the morning, to make an active impression.

That's the life.
