Is this thing out of production or something? Because I couldn't it in ANY stores near me and they typically have tons of animu.

Yay! Cowboy Bebop! I sold my old dvd collection a few years back so I haven't exactly seen Cowboy Bebop in full in years. I have a few Remix dvds, but that's it.

I don't remember.  I think it was from Best Buy and it was on sale or something.  It was pretty cheap and I grabbed it and Planetes at the same time.
