Thier new steamers are pretty good. Try one sometime if they are one sale. The chicken is still a little rubbery, but the pasta or rice tastes pretty good.

Somewhat ironically, I've heard that full fat yoghurt (or milk) is less fattening than no fat, despite the higher calorie count, since the extra fat blunts the insulin response. And it tastes better too, from my limited experience with no fat stuff.

I just grilled two chicken breasts (working out again, need the protein). Instead of plain Jane grilling it though, I made a ghetto crust of crushed down Honeycomb crisp Cereal. Gives the chicken this sweetness, its omfg so good.
