Yeah, I read that site at home. All blogs are blocked at work, though.

Oh well, I have something to look forward to tonight!

Thanks!

As awesome as it is, I'm still shocked to see the Gundam pod game make it's way to the PSP. I heard rumors about it last month from some Hong Kong gaming sites, but I figured it was a mistranslation of the Giren's Greed game.

2009 Power Pro for the PS2. Cool. Hope they add enough to justify a purchase.

Supposedly Musou Orochi Z is going to have additional stages and characters not found in the originals.  I'll get this regardless though.

I should probably be ashamed to like Musou, but I'm not.  I wonder if Z will have any better graphical improvements than the cheapo 360 versions.

Also, lolz @ Let's Make a No. 1 Cabaret in Ryu ga Gotoku 3. I can't wait for insecure gamers to cry about that.

I see Umihara Kawase Shun 2nd Edition (DS) on that site.  No screens, I guess? Sure hope it turns out better than the PSP tripe.

Musou games are fun but in need of something new.  Musou Raid on PSP does seem to be a step in that direction.  I don't buy every one of these games though, so I don't mind picking up this collection; it's really only the Musou Orochi games I really enjoy from them.

Knowing Koei, Z will just be the two 360 games on one disc with a few of the DW6 Special characters and levels tossed in, if that.

I wonder if Devil Survivor is any good. It sounds like a mixture of Pokemon and Ogre Battle. Neither of those are my cup of tea, but maybe it'll be a match made in heaven for someone else.

Wow, shitty news this week.
Seems like I am losing my interest in the Japanese market more and more each week. Gundam ::) Power Pro ::) Musou ::) It's getting to be like this all the time.

I agree. I think it's just the post-TGS announcement drought. Last year there were awesome announcements every single week from March to November-ish. I assume we'll start getting a consistent, weekly flow of good game announcements starting in late Feb.

Doesn't Star Ocean 4 come with a preorder DVD (like SO: Second Evolution)? Maybe the DVD will have a new AAA game announcement like last year.

But that game is really shitty. And fucking expensive too!

Yeah, but Japanese players are willing to eat poop and grin while doing it where Gundam games are concerned. Peeps I know went out to buy both of the 360 gundam games, exclaiming "We know it's a landmine, but we'll willingly step on it. It's Gundam."

I'm the same way. I'll gladly admit they're crap games, but it's Gundam, and on some level it makes me happy.

Since there are rumors of new Super Robot Wars news hitting in this week's Famitsu, fakes have started popping up...

Too funny.

SRW X for DS is obviously fake.

SRW K for DS, however, seems to be real.

How to they name these SRW's anyway? Do the letters even stand for anything? :lol

Also .hack//LINK and SRW V for PSP.

Why is Virtual On in a SRW? Isn't that a SEGA game?

Virtual On was also in Super Robot Wars Alpha 3. Banpresto worked something out with Sega apparently.

Does anyone still care about .hack?

Yes, bitch. The G.U. games were good dungeon crawlers with sort of tolerable stories.
