I agree with you on the Fleet Foxes album Bud. The album has some great songs but more than a few boring, average ones. I find myself listening to the same 4-5 tracks instead of soaking in the full album

The new Franz Ferdinand album. First impression is that it's very spotty; a few good tracks, many more that are suspect to self-parody.

I've been trying to catch up on some hip hop from 08. I like Panacea's album, A Mind on a Ship Through Time. It's a MC/producer duo, plus Damu (

) provides some dj work. The rapper reminds me of CL Smooth, and the production is all over the place (in a good way)
