it's getting fixed with 4.0, right?  are they ever going to add proper type aliases?

in other legal tech news I just used inadvertently used the phrase "master Bates" in a completely legitimate context, which is sad

well, types will not be tied to specific assemblies in .Net 4.0, if that helps!
