I've found a Grind Loop in Persona 4

And I can't get the fuck out  :'(

Kill one Shadow on the Map, another appears 2 seconds away, kill that one and another appears in the same spot as the first one... rinse and repeat. God help me I've gained 6 levels doing this monotonous task. I'm at Lv.78 right now.
