They revealed that Claire was Jack's sister, that Jack is going crazy because he wants to go back to the island, and that Locke died while off the island. Ben meets Jack after he breaks into a funeral parlor to see Locke and he admits that he saw Locke like a month before, where he tells Jack in order to go back they all have to go back -- including Locke, Jack, Kate, Sun, Aaron, Desmond and that old fart. Meanwhile, Michael and Jin seem to be dead and the episode ended with a shot of Locke's face

Am I caught up?

I basically said,"Holy SHIT. SHIT FUCK. wow. WTF. HOLY FUCK?!?!" for like 5 hours straight (that's how long Sci-Fi's Lost on Monday's block is).

You flipped too early then. After the Locke reveal, it cuts to a black screen with the text "THIS IS THE END OF SEASON 4!"
