Three "Luxuritas" (Patron Silver Tequila, Cointreau orange liqueur, and Remy Martin VS Cognac are mixed with fresh citrus juices and lightly sweetened).
Calamari.
Cowboy Ribeye.
Mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Chocolate and espresso cake.
Mexican coffee (Jose Cuervo, Kahlua, coffee and whip cream).
Hennessy cognac.

It was delicious, Arvie. This calamari - it was lightly fried with a sweet and spicy glaze. Unbelievably scrumptious.

I had a dork burger at Lunchbox Laboratory tonight...

Ground duck and ground pork (duck + pork = dork) with carmelized onions, balsamic hoisin, lettuce and tomato. Got a side of shoestring fries sprinkled with Bacon Salt, and a handmade Nutella milkshake.

Same here. Given that the man admits to being able to put a grand into savings every month, he can afford the most delectable edibles. Even though I'm not in a position to do the same yet, it's good knowledge for when I can.

Uh, there's no such thing as a $200 bill. U.S. paper currency comes in denominations of $1, $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 only. $500, $1000, $5000, $10,000 and $100,000 bills all existed at one point, but are no longer in circulation and don't include $200 anyway. Sorry, but like Green Shinobi you've been snookered.

Why is that?
I was always told that the reason there is no denomination above the $100 bill is because of the drug trade.

Therefore it be more difficult to hand over large sums of cash.
