I think Time Warner is throttling my Road Runner

I can't get over 200kbps on the newsgroups after 5pm anymore, and opening up a web page while I am connected takes forever.

If they were to throttle mine, I would NOT be happy AT ALL.

well, it's been like this for a couple of weeks

i pay for turbo service, too

i'm really thinking about switching to at&t dsl

they have a package for $43, 6mbps down and 512kbps up

i don't even get 512 up with RR turbo, and I rarely get the promised dl speeds for the extra $10

plus at&t is offering cash back and rebates out the ass right now for switching
