Hrmmm, I noticed I have a lot of the same images... BUT a lot are original scans, not edited. It's always good to keep the originals. :P

yeah, it was detecting cropped and high res. scans even though the dimensions are way different.

thankfully i have all my scans/HR pics in one folder so i excluded it from the search.

I just deleted 370MB [1,800 pictures] of duplicated junk. :lol

And I don't mean pictures that were kind of similar, but literally exactly the same. Why I don't save so much stuff.  :-\
