in her defense since i've apparently cast her as a doormat or whatever, it was only really a quasi-date. we were just going to go hang out at the bar down the street from where we live and then watch movies at her apartment, so it probably wasn't a huge deal for her when I didn't show up. i just called it a date to accentuate the drama and stuff

i doubt it. we're basically just friends I think, although we met on OKCupid and went out to concerts a couple times. actually I have no idea what she does or doesn't want out of the "relationship", she just calls me every couple weeks and asks me to come watch movies with her. but nothing sexual ever happens so I guess we're just friends.

we barely even talk for that matter. for the most part she just invites me over, I come in, we exchange like two sentences of conversation, she puts the movie on, we watch it and I leave.

I was just going to meet her at her apartment (we live a few blocks away). She came by my house and asked after me, apparently. My roommate scolded me a bit on her behalf.

Anyway, we watched the movie today instead, and I guess it definitely wasn't a date as there wasn't any romantic tension or anything at all. Pretty cool movie though (I made a thread about it ...)

I've been stood up on several occasions.
