Actually I didn't mind the length, or the pacing, in fact I wish it were longer.  I was hoping we'd see him go back with his wife and child, that could've been interesting.  I like the concept, characters, photography and themes, but couldn't they have done more with them?

Yeah, Stalker is a hard movie to really love. It's very slowly paced and it ends without any real resolution at all. Still, the locations in this movie and the whole mythos of the place they go to is incredible.
