So I make my own bread, always make small tiny breads so there's more crispy crust. Today I decided to make 6 sausage breads. In Belgium they're
worstenbroodjes (don't know if they make these anywhere else or what the english name for it is). Very different from hot dogs though cause they aren't frankfurters or shit, but more akin to bradwursts I think. Didn't make the special dough that's required for this, just regular bread dough and put a nice long sausage in each. I usually bake my breads a few hours after I make them. Today I was hungry for sausage breads so I wanted to make them so I could bake and eat them tomorow. I could bake them today, but I like them warm and freshly baked.
They started so small but look at how big they already are after 4 hours. Tomorrow I'm expecting them to be 1 big motha fucking...sausagebread.
