So, I'm back in London because Berea got fucked up the ass by an ice storm. No electricity in most of the parts of the state that mattered.

So instead, I'm in London playing Rock Band 2 and watching movies. WHOOO

drizzled all day in the triangle here in NC, mid 40s. I worked from home and ended my day at 3pm and watched starship troopers on hulu.

ice storms suck though. the only cool part is going outside at night when all the limbs are coming down and watching the transformers explode and light up the horizon.

We are supposed to get like 8 inches of snow here (Lexington) overnight. Snow, on top of the ice we already have, makes for some fun moments.

Did I mention that I just love to watch chaos? People can be so entertaining when they pretend to struggle in situations that arent that threatening.

work was closed today because of the horrible snow here in St. Louis, and it'll be closed again tomorrow because it's still snowing. I bought a bunch of shit in RB2 to play today while I was cooped up, but I'm bored of it already and I don't know how I'll keep from going crazy tomorrow. God I hate winter.

Worst fucking winter I can remember. The snow level has stayed around 3 inches for weeks; outside of roads/sidewalks it's all white, everywhere. And fucking cold

Yep. We're getting snow right now, and it's supposed to turn to ice sometime tomorrow I think. 5-8 inches of snow total is what they're calling for.

I'm crossing my fingers that the college Ecro and I work at is closed tomorrow.

Last night we got about 3 inches of snow. Which isn't bad but the problem is that there was already 3 inches of snow on the ground! So now it's like 5-6 inches, cold as fuck, windy, etc. Roads here are good but I heard they're total shit in Detroit

Damn, I guess I moved at the right time.

It was 70 yesterday, sun was out, rolling w/ the windows down, jamming out. Then after work we all went in the backyard and started a bonfire drank some beer and my cool awesome hippie neighbor brought out his peace pipe.

The kids were in bed by then.

Today was a bit cold. Only got to 48 today

But ah well. Yesterday was badass.

Were your classes cancelled? Most of Ohio got the day off, college-wise. It was pretty sweet.

I live in North Texas and we got ice too. We only got a little, but the roads iced over and of course here in Texas that means it is time to shut the entire state down and freak out. College classes were canceled though so that's a win I guess.
