Marshall Mathers LP is amazing, and the Slim Shady LP is good. The Eminem Show is where he started going downhill, although it has some good songs on it (Cleaning Out My Closet, White America). Encore is trash. I still haven't heard the entire thing lol.
Signing 50 Cent/G-Unit was probably the worse thing to happen to Eminem's career. There was a time when Eminem never made "club" songs and only made fantasy-driven violent songs. Now he seems to think he's some gang ring leader who can make club bangers, like 50 Cent. Meh. I just hope he gets his hunger back; lyrically and in terms of flow, he's on Jay Z/Nas' level no doubt. Maybe Proof's murder will make him come out with a good CD.
I wish he'd get back with the Bass Brothers. They made Marshall Mathers classic, not Dr Dre; granted Dre made amazing beats on it, but the Bass Brothers stole the show
