I am in the process if doing the state return for my wife and I and filling out the tuition and fees credit for the state when I come across this:



Read the top line: If the college is not listed, you may not take the credit

Apparently the state of Michigan wants you to either: a) attend a community college
or b) attend a shitty "fake" college like Baker

wtf, seriously. Nothing wrong with community college, I attended one for my first 2 years, but where is the four year love? None of the state universities are eligible, and they have the biggest tuition.
