So yesterday I had my yearly review with my company. I scored well in everything, but my boss told me that she recently got a notice saying that all raises will be capped at 2.5% instead of the original 5%, due to the economy. Basically that means my raise was cut in half. THAT'S BULLSHIT!
Also, why is it that raises are percent based? That makes no sense! That means the person who makes the least amount of money will always get the smallest raise or bonus! How unfair is that?!
