It's always creeped me out how the Dutch transition to English when speaking, with hardly an accent. I watched one of those DutchTV Killzone segments and the GG guys would just drop colloquial English throughout the segment.

I wasn't expecting that, you could hardly hear any accent. I had a professor from the netherlands in college that had a really strong dutch accent (think goldmember in austin powers), even though he has resided in the states the last 30 years or so.

her accent sounds like english played backwards. Like when you put on a record and play it backwards and it has some hidden message like "sacrifice for the devil!" or "kill your mother while she sleeps"

Dutch usually have thick accents in english, I can hear it in her voice too. Being quite familiar with dutch TV, they use a lot of english words but youth in general in the low countries (Belgium too) use more and more english words in daily conversation, especially in tech/gaming talk (it's very uncomfortable for me to hear people talk about gaming in plain dutch/flemish). But to say they hardly have any accent in english is baffeling to me. The Killzone guys are very fluent in english, but they still have a thick accent to me. It's quite funny.

It may be that English and Dutch are both Germanic languages and the annunciation is similar, but I find it very easy to understand the English spoken by the Dutch. I often times have trouble understanding the English spoken by other types of yuros.
