Without the power of the Emotion Engine, the PSP couldn't handle the emotional depth of Mana Khemia.

I don't actually know how Mana Khemia: Student Alliance ends (at least not in comparison to the original PS2 version) because I never got there. My brain wouldn't let me spend any more time with things, and I started just nodding off mid-battle eventually. As someone who enjoys Gust's RPGs, loves NIS America's gumption at times and actually enjoyed the PS2 release of Mana Khemia, there couldn't be a more fitting testament to this game's absolute trainwreck of a port job. Do not buy this game. Do not look at this game. Do not think about this game and hopefully the sales will send the message that ports like this won't fly -- especially when stuff like Disgaea runs flawlessly on the PSP.

almost all of those loading issues are gone when running off of a memstick. other then the game being a bit blurry and some slowdown when in rooms it seems fine

i might buy it

I almost bought AT2 in the same Gamestop session that netted me MK, but it was just a tad too embarrassing. Now that I've heard about the NISA localization screwups, I'm glad. Maybe I'll get the import someday.
