I think I've had the most unhealthy weekend of my life. We have a bunch of cookies, so I've had like 15 of those (at least), yesterday I had eggs, cheese, a cheese quesadilla, mac and cheese with chicken, and finally pizza. And today I've had chiken friend rice, a chai, and 4 Advil. I haven't ran since Thursday, I feel like a fat fuck. Tomorrow I WILL NOT be hung over, and I will run tomorrow, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Then I'll be on a plane for fucking 10 hours, and jet-lagged or not I WILL RUN.
4-5 beers maximum for me tonight, will probably drink Wednesday night so I can stay up to beat the jet-lag. Or not. We'll see.
