Probably sucks, but might be better than Dollhouse. I'm watching.

She reminds me of that alien girl from the Dead or Alive movie.

The problem I am seeing here is that this universe is not convincingly "alternate" enough. It just makes me feel weird.

It's pretty good so far. A bit rough around the edges, but that can be smoothed out if the show doesn't get canceled after three episodes.

Saw that Ian McShane is in this, and I'm pretty much his slut now. I'll check this out at some point.

At least he's hotter than the horseface GG posted.

Will watch on Hulu via Boxee sometime this week.

Putting the story of King David into a modern setting can be interesting.

Apparently Goliath is a tank he takes out in the series.

This was terrible. I can't remember the last time I was so completely bored. Bad acting, bad pacing, terrible editing. Cliche plot, flat characters. There was no hook to ever watch it again. I was watching Friday Night Lights today, maybe I set the bar too high.

Watched like 2 minutes. That was enough. It'll last four episodes tops. Maybe.

Why did David even try to rescue the prince at the beginning? Just 'cause?

Her exotic look is too much for regular straights to handle. Fuck. Probably hotter than Eliza Dushku.

Basically every chick on Dollhouse is hot. Eliza Dushku? Hot. Dichen Lachman? Hot. British Chick? Hot. Amy Acker? Hot. Leftover Girl? Hot. Dichen is defo the hottest, though. Australia has, like, the hottest chicks ever.

I have it DVRed, but after reading all of the negative reactions, I may just skip the show altogether.

Don't listen to all the haters. It was better [and, at least, different] than most of the crud that networks throw out there.

My problem was that it was no where near different enough to warrant a watch. It's supposed to take place in some alternate universe, but it could have been friggin' New Jersey. The plot was as pedestrian as it comes. There was no drama and no intrigue.

omg and the kings son is gay and maybe the king is evil and omg a coproration with secret interests and some guy who looks like a hero but isnt

With so much GOOD TV in the last couple years (The Wire, The Sopranos, Friday Night Lights etc.), you really have to step it up to make it sing. This was such a bore. It didn't capitalize on any of it's interesting ideas. Snooze fest.
