I read this as "pf chang" and started to get in my food snob mentality on the thread. 

I am taking my PDF copy of the Falcon 4.0 Allied Force manual into the print shop tomorrow, I fully expect the printer to be spitting out these kind of random ascii strings-the output of a bitwise UNCLE!, if you will- when it gets to page 634 out or 716 or so.  :lol
