Reading through that article, it seems that the only time that a state ban beastiality is when there's a animal (or human) death because of it.

Which makes me think that we might need a federal law banning it. Of course if you go to a federal penitentiary for screwing somebody's goat, you'll probably be the one getting penetrated.
