Alright, I was watching the last few episodes of House last night & I can't seem to enjoy it nearly as much I had previous seasons... So, when has it jumped the shark? what's your opinions?

It's just... eh, I dunno. Not as awesome as it once was. IMO

I don't think it jumped the shark, but it's just not such compelling television like it used to be. None of the plotlines this season are interesting AT ALL.

No. If they completely changed up the formula of the show after the S4 finale, then maybe, but they went into the same old stuff right off the bat in S5.

I do think House this season as a whole has been much worse than normal, but it's probably going to get get much better (since there's only a few episodes left).

The problem with this season is that they've almost exclusively been focusing on 13 and Foreman, both of whom are really shallow and boring characters. The new team sucks in general, really.

I don't understand the expression. Seriously. What does it mean/ How can you JUMP a shark? Is that when you attack a shark?
Or "walk the plank" sort of encountering with the shark, in which case this would be bad.

The new team is tons better than the old team, it's just the focus on Thirteen and Foreman kind of sucks.

I also feel the interactions w/ House and Cuddy is getting a bit distinguished mentally-challenged. It really seemed to get annoying starting this season.

I still find it weird to have a brand new team/cast while the old one is still hanging around.

I can't really think of another show that had ever done it like that.

Cameron is a godess though, she's really come through over that past seasons.

I don't know, early House was pretty low-grade TV, saved only by Hugh Laurie.

It took a little while for the production/cast to grow into the show.

The new supporting cast is alright. There's better hijinks with Kal but Taub is pretty meh. 13 is hot and I like her on the show. Don't do the relationship shit and always keep this patient of the week formula please. The lack of Cuddy in some of the episodees $:-\$

Even with last nights episode in mind, I don't think it has. Won't spoil anything but its apparently something that came about due to circumstances outside the show. If this was a ploy to drum up renewed interest, i would consider is jumping the shark. Though, we'll see how the producers and writers deal with it.

i see a lot of people complain about the show like it's not as good as it used to be

i only started watching recently and from seeing old episodes on USA and new episodes now... i don't even see a difference. the characters are different but the show is exactly the same as it's always been. convoluted diagnosis and House being a cunt.
